In Nabuganyi CU Primary school, we have embarked on a two weeks training to equip both the boys and girls in menstrual hygiene practices which shall include making of reusable sanitary pads. We are believing that before the children break off for the second term holidays, they must have been equipped with the skills and knowledge. On the 1st August to 4th August shall be the dates for the practical trainings on making of the reusable .
We believe that they shall be able to utilize the holiday period to preach the message of stigma-free menstrual period and make there own sanitary pads at their reliance.
