NUWAGABA ISIAH (AUIB)

Isiah is a Certified Professional Banker and an Associate Member of the Uganda Institute of Banking and Financial Services (UIBFS) with 20 years of practical experience in the finance and banking industry. He is currently pursing MBA at Metropolitan International University (MIU), holds Post graduate Dip in Banking ( Certified ProfessionalBanker), ACCA1, Bachelor of Commerce (FIN) from Makerere University, and other short courses He isa Certified Professional Banker (CPB) and possesses advanced knowledge and skilled in addressing SME lending (Agribusiness, renewable energy, education sector, health sector and forestry/ environmental sector), financial services solution, financial inclusion, financial training/ literacy, and market analysis that all leading to attainment of economic growth and sustainability.

Isiah is a Board member of WomenSave, an NGO based in California, United States of America, with operations in Rukungiri and Kanungu Districts in Uganda.

Heis also a Board member of Kampala Corporate Women SACCO based in Kampala, Uganda.

Isiah served with Cater Investments Group (CIG) located in Coral Springs, Florida, United States. Isiah was a manager and is currently a Consultant for Karibu Microfinance Ltd.

Beforethis, Isiah worked with East African Premier Investments Limited (EAPIL) as a Credit Manager reporting to Directors and the Board for 10 years.

Isiahworked with The Hunger Project Uganda (THPU) as a Credit Officer, overseeing 7 SACCOs in the whole country.

Beforejoining THPU, Isiah worked with Uganda Microfinance Ltd, currently Equity Bank Uganda Ltd, in various capacities as Branch Supervisor, Credit Supervisor, Head of Field, and Field Officer.
